Founded in 2012, Ke Nui Kitchen calls the fabled North Shore of Oahu its' home. Chef Thomas Naylor comes from a long line of restaurateurs and chefs, forging new takes on classic dishes and combining local ingredients and new techniques. His focus is on food first, utilizing his team and personal knowledge to produce unparalleled dishes and menu design. While cuisine is his primary focus, it's the action and the big day that we savor. The guests dressed to perfection, the hours of coordination, preparation, and the gravitas of the moment is what drives us to cherish this industry.
