Our exclusive oceanfront polo field is located on Oahu’s beautiful North Shore, between the majestic Waianae mountain range and clear waters of the Pacific Ocean, creating the ideal blend of natural beauty and upscale style for your special occasion. Our venue can accommodate a range of events from small, intimate gatherings and ceremonies to large, extravagant occasions.

Hawaii Polo Club is a fully functioning horse farm and our polo field is used for polo matches every Sunday between April and the first week of September, and also for very popular daily ocean trail rides throughout the year. You can add a photo shoot option with a horse, which is also very popular especially among intimate wedding/elopement couples.

The natural beauty of our venue offers the ideal backdrop for your picture perfect day. We have a semi-private white sand beach, extensive grass area with exceptional ocean views and lush tropical landscaping. All of our breathtaking surroundings are sure to make your dream day become your reality. We are one of the very few wedding venues on Oahu where couples can have a beach ceremony with an arch and chairs.

The venue's capacity is 500. It comes with a 30' x 40' tent with lighting, a large wooden deck which is often used as a dance floor (cafe lights above the dance floor are separate), bar, a clubhouse with a kitchen, trailer bathrooms (3 stalls), 20 round tables, 6 rectangle tables, 50 ceremony chairs, a 10' x 10' pop up tent for DJs, and ample parking. We have some rentable items such as reception chairs, tiki torches, lawn games, ceremony archies, etc. Standard hours are 12 hours (11am-11pm including setup and breakdown). We offer reduced micro wedding rates for intimate weddings of up to 30 people. This comes with an 8-hour rental.
