Established in 2012 on Oahu’s North Shore, Ke Nui Kitchen began its journey in the back of the Naylor house on Ke Nui Road which gave rise to its renowned name. Thomas Naylor, founder and chef, has had an extensive amount of experience in the food industry which has allowed him to cultivate a team of hard-working individuals and memorable plates. With over 10 years of culinary experience, Naylor has been able to produce unparalleled dishes and menu designs to match any experience.
The company's roots trace back to surf competitions, where Thomas cultivated a loyal clientele with brands such as the WSL, Billabong, and Vans. In 2012, his culinary skills caught the attention of key figures, leading to the progression of being the head catering company of Waimea Valley
