What happens after I submit?+
Your listing is created in the Hawaii Vendors dashboard as a “pending” listing and we send you an annual invoice. Our team reviews it (usually within one business day) and activates it once you’re set up. You can start filling in photos, descriptions, categories, and social links right away — no need to wait for approval to prep your page.
How does billing work?+
One flat annual rate, invoiced directly — no card on file and no recurring charges to manage. When your year is up we’ll send a renewal invoice to keep your listing live.
What if my listing is already on Hawaii Vendors?+
We imported hundreds of listings from the old WordPress site as “curated” listings. If you see your business already listed and want to claim it (unlock lead inbox, analytics, and the ability to edit), reach out at hello@hawaiivendors.com and we’ll merge it into your paid account.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?+
Never. Couples pay nothing to reach out, and we take nothing from you when you book them. The subscription is the only cost.
I run a honeymoon tour or activity — is this for me?+
Activity listings on Hawaii Vendors work differently — we partner with activity companies directly and take a small affiliate commission on bookings. Email us at hello@hawaiivendors.com to discuss a partnership.
