About Us
Oysters Hawaiʻi is a locally owned small family business. We started the company in 2020 but unfortunately had to pause operations due to the pandemic. We relaunched in 2022 and were able to services weddings and all events again as restrictions eased. We also had the opportunity to get a contract with the Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium within our first year of operation. We have now extended our services and are operating in Las Vegas and California. We look forward to having a good shucking time with all our clients!

Oysters Hawaiʻi is Hawaiʻi's first and only mobile oyster shucking and caviar catering company. We provide a one-of-a-kind experience of mobile oyster shucking and caviar services, for any occasion. We source high quality oysters and caviar with an array of condiments made with premium local ingredients. Our oyster and caviar chefs are extensively trained to provide a sophisticated experience you will never forget.
Our company is locally-owned, minority-owned certified, and female-owned certified. We do not require any rentals and can set up anywhere. As a mobile caterer we will bring our own gear and clean up our own trash so that you can focus on enjoying your celebration!
